Last-Minute Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $79 fee.

✨ As part of our Hearts of Autism initiative, we’re happy to waive one last-minute cancellation per year for families in our program — because we understand that life happens.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, checks and digital payments.

Estimate Validity

All estimates are valid for 15 days from the date issued. Pricing may change if equipment availability or market rates shift.

Please ensure safe and clear access to the work area. For safety, pets must be secured during the visit.
